2008 STAFF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

Wedding fees and terms:
The Bristol Workshops consists of a small staff of experienced and dedicated professionals. All clients are invited to select the photographer they would like to work with. All photography is done with digital camera equipment.
You will receive:
• Your choice of a Bound Image Book with personalized cover or printed proofs.
• A Medium Resolution CD-ROM of all the images as well as online viewing. Your event will be mounted online to a secure website.
*Upon your request at six months following the wedding, a DVD of the high resolution images will be available to you at no charge or you can receive the high resolution DVD immediately for an additional fee of $250.
• A Montage Album. We will help you design an elegant twenty page mounted 8x8 album. This can be done by appointment in the studio or using the online website. A sample layout using your images will be provided to assist you in designing your wedding album.
4 hrs. of photography with up to 350 images: $2800
5 hrs. of photography with up to 400 images: $3300
6 hrs. of photography with up to 475 images: $3800
7 hrs. of photography with up to 550 images: $4250
8 hrs. of photography with up to 625 images: $4700
(These rates include a primary photographer with a second photographer/assistant. Our fees are inclusive of the photographer's time and materials. All appointments pertaining to the wedding and album planning are at no additional cost to the client.)
Additional services:
• Engagement portrait - $175
A portrait sitting at our studio (indoors or outside on the waterfront) includes online gallery of portrait images and an 8x10 print of your choice.
• Custom matted photograph from the wedding or portrait - $75
The image of your choice enlarged to 10x10 or 11x14 custom matted.
• Parent album - $295
This simple album holds 20 images that are elegantly mounted on your choice of matted or borderless pages.
Additional album and enlargement prices are available on request. Albums are custom designed with you. The client makes all final choices and selections. These services can be done at your discretion without time constraints or print minimums.

All photography is done with professional quality cameras that will yield medium film format or digital format. The images will be a combination of color and black & white based on your preferences.
You will receive:
• Your choice of a Bound Image Book with personalized cover or printed proofs.
• A Medium Resolution CD-ROM of all the images as well as online viewing. Your event will be mounted online to a secure website.

2008 HOURLY PHOTOGRAPHY RATE
The Hourly Photography fee is offered for couples needing less than four hours of photography with one of our studio photographers. All photography is done digitally. You will receive your choice of either 4x6 prints of every image or a bound book with a personalized cover of all the images. The book will have six images on a page. We estimate between 75-100 photos per hour depending on the amount of guests.
The fee is based on the length of time and materials fee.
Our hourly rate is $400/ hour plus a charge for materials ($2.50 per image).
Additional Services:
• An online viewing gallery for five months and a high resolution digital files on DVD.- $100
• An engagement portrait session at our studio (indoors or outside on the waterfront) including an online gallery of portrait images and an 8x10 print of your choice. - $175
Album and additional enlargement prices are available on request. Albums are optional and custom designed with you. The client makes all final choices and selections. These services can be done at your discretion without time constraints or print minimums. A sample layout using your images will be provided to aid you in designing your wedding album.
An initial deposit of about 50% is due with the signed contract to secure our services. The balance is due when the prints are ready within four weeks following the event.
